Scope and acceptance

Railed.com (the “Site”) is operated by Railway Studios LTD. (“Railway Studios,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to the Site and its invitation-only member preview. “You” means the person using the Site or account.

Creating an account requires your express acceptance of these Terms. The age-entry screen asks you to self-declare eligibility; it does not verify age, serve as acceptance of a paid subscription, or authorize any charge. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not create an account or use restricted features. Additional terms for any future paid product must be presented and accepted separately before purchase.

These Terms do not replace rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect to the extent permitted by law.

Adult eligibility and lawful access

You must be at least 18 years old and at least the age of majority where you are located, if that age is higher. You must be legally permitted to view adult-oriented material in your location and capable of entering into these Terms. Do not use the Site if these conditions are not met.

You may not allow a minor to access the Site through your account or device. You are responsible for protecting your credentials and using available device controls. The current entry screen is a self-declaration, not documentary age or identity verification. We may require additional verification before allowing access to any future explicit material, as required by law or our payment partners.

The current preview

The preview is free. An invitation code lets an eligible person create an account and view preview-only areas, including selected pilot videos if any are released. A preview account is not a paid membership, a promise of future access, or a reservation of any specific release, price, feature, or launch date. Descriptions of planned films, pricing, and other member benefits are subject to change. Pilot streams and downloads are for personal, non-commercial use and may be withdrawn if required for legal, safety, or rights reasons.

We do not currently request payment-card details, bill preview accounts, or automatically convert them to paid memberships. Any future paid service will require a separate checkout and affirmative purchase consent.

Accounts and access codes

Provide accurate registration information and keep it current. Access codes are personal, single-use invitations. An account is for one person and may not be sold, transferred, or shared. You must keep your password confidential and promptly tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may refuse or disable a code or account where reasonably necessary to protect the Site, users, performers, or legal compliance, including suspected fraud, underage access, credential sharing, or a material breach of these Terms. If we disable your account, contact us for review. You may request closure of a preview account through the contact address below.

You may choose one public-facing member alias. You cannot change it yourself after it is set. Your alias, membership month, and authored posts are visible to other signed-in members; your account email is not displayed with discussions.

Future paid memberships, billing, and cancellation

No paid membership is available today. Before charging for any future plan, we will display the plan’s material terms at checkout, including the service supplied, total price and currency, taxes or additional charges, billing frequency, renewal terms, any trial or promotional period, the first and subsequent charge dates, the statement descriptor, cancellation method, and refund terms. We will obtain separate, affirmative consent to recurring charges; accepting these preview Terms alone will never authorize them.

If a recurring plan launches, we will provide an electronic confirmation of its terms and an accessible online cancellation method. Where a trial or introductory price converts to a recurring charge, or material billing terms change, we will send the notices and reminders required by applicable law and payment-card rules. Cancellation will stop future recurring charges after it takes effect; the checkout terms will explain any remaining access to an already-paid period. We will not impose a charge for cancellation.

Refund eligibility and any exceptions will be stated clearly before purchase and will never limit non-waivable statutory or payment-card dispute rights. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us promptly; you may also use the dispute rights available through your payment provider. We will not treat a failure to contact us within a short contractual period as a waiver of those rights.

Content, age, and consent standards

The Site allows text-only member comments and message-board posts; it does not accept member images, video, audio, or other media uploads. Before publishing any explicit content, Railway Studios will maintain documented processes to verify the age and identity of every depicted person; obtain and retain clear, informed, specific consent to the production, publication, and distribution of the content; review content before publication; and keep legally required records. Consent must not be obtained through coercion or deception. Performers must have a means to raise safety or consent concerns.

We prohibit content involving a minor or anyone presented as a minor; child sexual exploitation; non-consensual sexual activity or mutilation; coercion, trafficking, blackmail, or hidden-camera material; sexual activity involving someone unable to consent; bestiality; incest, including simulated familial sexual relationships; and any material that is unlawful or prohibited by applicable payment-card rules. This applies to titles, descriptions, tags, promotional material, and actual depictions. We do not permit marketing that suggests prohibited content even when performers are adults.

Any future feature that permits third-party uploads, live streams, or public user profiles will require additional verification, consent, review, moderation, and reporting controls before launch. These Terms do not grant permission to upload such material now.

Reporting, removal, and appeals

Anyone may report suspected illegal, underage, non-consensual, infringing, or otherwise prohibited material, or a concern about a depicted person, by emailing legal@railed.com. Include the relevant page address or title and a short description if you can. Do not send explicit copies of suspected child-exploitation material. We will make reporting available without requiring an account.

We will promptly assess safety reports, restrict access while a serious concern is investigated where appropriate, and remove confirmed illegal content immediately. We will review and resolve reports of illegal or non-consensual content within seven business days of receipt, or sooner where applicable law requires, including any applicable 48-hour removal duty. A person depicted in content may request removal or challenge whether consent remains valid. We will provide a fair appeal process, remove content immediately when required by the applicable consent process, and use independent review where a disputed consent claim requires it. We may preserve relevant evidence and refer matters to appropriate authorities when required or justified by law.

To report a copyright concern, identify the work, the material on our Site, your contact information, and the basis for your claim. We will review notices and any responses under applicable law. This contact address is not a representation that a statutory copyright agent has been formally designated.

Permitted use and prohibited conduct

We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable right to access the Site for lawful, non-commercial use while these Terms apply. You may not copy, distribute, publicly display, resell, or exploit Site material except where law permits or we authorize it in writing. Nothing here eliminates lawful exceptions to copyright.

You may not bypass access or security controls; use someone else’s account; scrape or bulk-download Site material; introduce malicious code; impersonate a person; interfere with the service; use the Site to facilitate abuse, harassment, trafficking, or illegal activity; or use our names or marks in a way that falsely suggests endorsement. We may investigate and take proportionate action against suspected misuse.

Member posts must not contain personal information about another person, threats, harassment, unlawful sexual content, solicitation, spam, or external links to explicit material. Posts are visible only to signed-in members, may be reported, and may be reviewed, hidden, or removed to protect users or enforce these Terms. Do not use an alias or post that identifies another person without permission.

Ownership and intellectual property

Site design, text, artwork, branding, and other material are owned by Railway Studios LTD. or used with permission, subject to applicable rights and exceptions. Access does not transfer ownership or grant a license to reproduce or distribute content outside the limited use described above. Railed.com and associated branding may not be used without permission in a manner likely to cause confusion.

Personal information

Creating a preview account requires an email address and password. We also use your alias, posts, access-code, session, report, and security data to operate and protect the account and discussions. Other members see only your alias, membership month, and authored posts in discussion areas. We do not use registration to collect payment-card details. Our Privacy Notice explains current data uses, service-provider categories, retention criteria, browser storage, and available rights.

Service messages needed for account security or operation are distinct from optional marketing. We will not treat agreement to these Terms as consent to receive marketing where separate consent is required.

Availability, changes, and account closure

We may maintain, modify, suspend, or discontinue preview features. We aim to provide reasonable notice of material changes where practicable, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. You may stop using the Site and request closure of your preview account at any time. Closure does not erase information we must retain under law or for legitimate security and dispute purposes; those matters will be addressed in the privacy notice.

Disclaimers and liability

The preview is supplied on an “as available” basis. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every device. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude implied warranties and are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. We remain responsible for liabilities that law does not allow us to exclude, including liability arising from our fraud, willful misconduct, or other non-excludable obligations. Nothing in these Terms limits your non-waivable consumer, privacy, or payment rights.

Changes and disputes

We may update these Terms by posting a new effective date. For a material change affecting an account, we will give reasonable notice and, where required, seek renewed acceptance before the change applies. Changes will not retroactively authorize charges or remove accrued rights. If you have a concern, contact us first so we can try to resolve it. Applicable law determines any court with jurisdiction; these interim Terms do not require arbitration or select an unverified governing jurisdiction.
