Preview only

Railed.com has no payment checkout, public profiles, direct member messaging, or member media uploads. It has text-only comments and a message board visible to signed-in members. Selected pilot videos may be streamed and downloaded when available. We do not ask preview visitors for payment-card details, government identification, a street address, phone number, or date of birth.

01

Who we are and what this covers

Railway Studios LTD. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates Railed.com and is responsible for the personal information described here. This notice covers the public website, the free preview account system, and messages you send about Railed.com. It does not purport to cover other websites or future services that are not yet offered.

Because Railed.com is adult-oriented, a visit or account may reveal sensitive information about a person’s interests. We aim to collect only what the current preview needs. For privacy questions or requests, email legal@railed.com.

02

What the current service does

Visitors can view public promotional pages after a self-declared age entry screen. Eligible invitees can use a one-time access code to create a free preview account and sign in. Selected pilot videos may be streamed or downloaded from the private member area. The age entry screen is not documentary age or identity verification, and the account does not enable paid membership.

03

Information we collect

Account and invitation details. If you register, we collect your email address and password. We store a password-derived hash, not your readable password. We create an account identifier and record account creation, access-code issuance and use, active or former access status, administrative changes to an alias or access status, and the date and version of your acceptance of the Terms of Use. Access codes are hashed for validation; newly issued codes also have an authenticated encrypted copy so authorized administrators can manage invitations and identify the code used for an invited account.

Sign-in and security details. We issue separate session and device cookies and store hashes of their secret values with creation, expiry, and revocation information. We use derived identifiers based on an IP address or email address to limit repeated failed login and registration attempts. Request and security logs may include your IP address, browser or device details, pages requested, timestamps, and referring address when supplied by your browser.

Alias and discussion details. If you participate, we collect the permanent alias you select, your comment or message-board text, category or related release, timestamps, and any reports you make or receive. Other signed-in members see only your alias, membership month, and authored post. Moderators can link a post to your internal account to investigate abuse; your email and internal account identifier are not displayed in discussions.

Video use and administration. When video is available, technical requests for playback, images, and downloads may appear in server logs with an IP address, time, requested asset, and account session information. The player may store playback position in your browser’s local storage. For signed-in active accounts, we also keep an account-level count of downloads started and an approximate total number of seconds streamed. Short-lived, random download tickets and playback-session records prevent duplicate counting and unauthorized use; the administrator dashboard displays only aggregate totals, not a title-by-title viewing history. Administrators can upload and manage film assets and descriptions; those files are held in private server storage. We do not currently use viewing activity for advertising or recommendations.

Messages you send. If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any information you choose to include. Please do not email payment-card numbers, identity documents, or other sensitive material unless we specifically ask you to use an approved secure process.

We do not currently operate third-party advertising trackers or an analytics product on the public site, and we do not collect payment information through the preview account form.

04

How we receive information

We receive account, alias, discussion, and contact information directly when you submit a form or send a message. Our site and hosting systems receive technical request information automatically when your browser connects. We do not currently obtain member profiles from data brokers. Other members can author text posts, but our rules prohibit posting another person’s private information.

05

Why we use information

We use information to deliver pages, preview accounts, videos, downloads, and member discussions; administer member access; confirm access-code eligibility and your acceptance of the Terms; authenticate sessions; display your posts under your alias; measure aggregate member use so we can operate the service; investigate reports and enforce rules; respond to questions and account requests; detect abuse and secure the service; maintain records needed to resolve disputes; and comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not use preview account data to make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, account processing is generally necessary to provide the preview you request, security processing supports our legitimate interest in protecting the service and its users, and some records may be required by law. Because this is an adult-oriented site, counsel is reviewing whether additional conditions apply to particular information in particular locations. If a future use requires consent, we will ask for it separately. We do not treat acceptance of the Terms as consent to marketing or to processing for unrelated purposes.

06

Cookies and browser storage

The age entry screen uses a browser session-storage flag to remember that you chose to enter during that browser session. It does not establish your identity or record a birth date. Signed-in members receive two essential, secure, browser-only cookies so the site can recognize the session and its device secret. They expire after seven days unless removed earlier; you can also sign out. Cookie expiry does not mean the related server record is automatically deleted on that date.

If you play a video, the player may store its last playback position in your browser’s local storage so you can resume later. You can remove this browser data through your settings. While an active member streams, the player also sends brief account-authenticated signals that let us add plausible elapsed playback time to an aggregate account total. The signals use short-lived random playback tokens and are rejected when they are stale, implausible, or not tied to the signed-in account.

We do not currently use advertising cookies or non-essential analytics cookies on the live preview. Browser settings can remove the age-entry flag or essential session cookies, but disabling essential storage may prevent sign-in. Before adding non-essential tracking, we will update this notice and seek a choice or consent where required.

07

Sharing and disclosures

We use service providers that help host and secure Railed.com and handle email or other operational communications. They may process limited information for those services under appropriate instructions and protections. We may disclose information to professional advisers or a successor to the business where reasonably necessary and lawful, subject to appropriate confidentiality and privacy safeguards.

We may also disclose information when required by valid legal process, to protect people from serious harm, or to investigate fraud or unlawful activity, after considering the request and applicable law. We do not disclose personal information merely because a third party asks for it. We do not sell preview account information or share it for cross-site behavioral advertising as part of the current service.

Within the member discussions, other signed-in members can see an author’s alias, membership month, and authored content. They do not receive the author’s email, password data, account identifier, session information, IP address, or moderation records.

Authorized administrators can view account email, alias, member-since date, active or former status, and aggregate totals for posts, downloads, and streamed viewing time. These account details and activity totals are not shown to other members.

08

Service messages and marketing

We may send necessary account, security, support, or legal messages to the email address you provide. Railed.com does not currently enroll preview accounts automatically into a marketing email list. If you separately ask for updates, we may use your email to respond to that request. Any future promotional email program will provide the choices and unsubscribe method required by applicable law. You can ask us not to send optional updates by emailing legal@railed.com; essential account messages may still be sent.

09

Where information may be processed

Our website infrastructure and operational service providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Email you send us may also pass through providers in other locations. We are confirming the relevant locations and transfer safeguards with counsel and will update this notice as needed. Contact legal@railed.com if you need information about the locations or safeguards relevant to your data.

10

How long information is kept

We keep active and former preview accounts so members can sign in, preserve their alias and discussion history, and, for former members, request renewal. We retain those account records until the account is closed or our documented retention process calls for deletion or de-identification, subject to records reasonably needed for security, disputes, legal compliance, or other lawful purposes. Access-code, acceptance, session, and security records are retained according to those same needs. The seven-day cookie lifetime and short login-attempt window are not promises that all related database records are erased when those periods end.

Server request logs and support messages are kept for operational, security, or support needs. We do not currently claim that every record is automatically erased after a fixed period; specific deletion schedules are still being finalized for the preview. You can ask about or request deletion of your information at legal@railed.com.

Discussion posts and reports are retained while the preview operates and as needed for moderation, safety, disputes, or legal compliance. Hiding a post removes it from member view but may not immediately erase the moderation record. We will assess deletion or de-identification requests subject to those needs and applicable law.

Aggregate download and viewing totals are retained with the account for service administration unless they are deleted or de-identified under an applicable request or retention process. Download tickets are valid for up to ten minutes and playback sessions for up to four hours; expired short-lived records are removed during routine activity cleanup. Exact retention schedules remain subject to counsel and operational review.

11

Security

We use encrypted web connections, password hashing, restricted server access, and security controls for account sessions and login attempts. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. If we learn of an incident affecting personal information, we will investigate and provide notices where applicable law requires. Please tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

12

Your choices and rights

You can sign out, ask to close your account, correct an inaccurate email address, or request access to information associated with you. Depending on the law that applies, you may also be able to request deletion, restriction, portability, or an objection to particular uses, and withdraw consent where a use relies on consent. You may have a right to complain to the relevant privacy regulator. These rights have legal limits; we may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Send requests to legal@railed.com. We will respond in the manner and timeframe required by applicable law. We do not require you to give up statutory privacy rights to use the preview.

13

Minors

Railed.com is intended only for adults who are at least 18 and of legal age where they live. We do not knowingly create preview accounts for minors. If you believe a minor has provided information to us, contact legal@railed.com so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

14

Changes and contact

We will update the effective date when this notice changes. If a material change affects an existing account, we will provide reasonable notice where required before the new practice begins. A future payment system, identity-verification process, expanded video service, or non-essential tracking will require a revised notice before that processing starts.

For all privacy questions and requests about Railed.com, contact Railway Studios LTD. at legal@railed.com.
